Overview

When we sit in silence we tap into our inner presence, into our true being. In other words we come into our power. Meditation helps to reduce flight or flight state of mind. It brings us into the present moment helping us to realise what is truth, what is real. It helps us change our reactions to everything bringing more calm and peace into our life.

Who is it for?

Meditation is available for all those who are seeking inner peace, who wants to connect with their true self, who are searching for fulfilment in their life.

Introduction to Meditation

In these 6 weeks, you will learn:

  • Benefits of meditation
  • How to meditate
  • How to make meditation part of your life
  • Guided meditations till you form practice of mediation

Meditation for Regular Practitioners

In these 6 weeks, you will learn:

  • How to keep coming back to your practice again and again
  • How to remove obstacles from your regular practice
  • How to deepen your practice

How it Works

  • Book in your sessions and arrive on time.
  • Find a comfortable seated position. You can sit on chair or on the ground with lots of support. If you want you can bring in your own cushion etc.
  • Sessions are hour long, usually done in blocks of 6 weeks. Short regular home practice is encouraged during these 6 weeks.
