Meditation is a way to notice our thoughts and the emotions associated with them. Most of the time we are focused on our reaction to something and what our mind remembers in association with this reaction. Meditation helps us to calm the mind down, so we become aware of our reactions, we realise that a lot of time it is our mind that is creating unnecessary friction and tension. When we observe these patterns, we start becoming more aware of the present moment, we notice our reactions, and we learn to undo these patterns and reactions which are not serving us anymore.
At Meditation Integration Membership, Sunita offers a variety of guided meditations which use breath, body, heart, visualization, inspiration, and mantra as an anchor in meditation. This way you get the opportunity to experience different meditation techniques and choose the meditations which work for you.
While meditation’s origins are rooted in several spiritual disciplines, at Meditation Integration Membership, we practice meditation without a religious affiliation or agenda. We believe that meditation can be a part of anyone’s life.
